Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is TachyonOwl currently available? What is the expected release date?

    We are currently developing many of the features and preparing for a closed beta with some of our restaurant partners. Public beta is expected to be available in early 2025, with general availability later in the year.

     

    If you are interested to join our closed beta program, we would be very happy to hear from you and walk you through the onboarding process!

  • How much will it cost after the GA release?

    We aim to make our solution suite accessible to the earliest-stage small businesses and allow our customers to pick and choose the features they'd like to enable, with potential volume discounts for combinations of features and high usage of metered features.

     

    Currently we're aiming to offer both monthly and discounted annual subscriptions.

  • Are you hiring?

    Not for full-time positions at the moment. We aim to be a fully-bootstrapped, 100%-founder-owned business so that we can devote all of our time to our customers' needs. As such, there isn't yet a budget for additional full-time staff on our team at the moment.

     

    However, we are always looking for short-term occasional contractors for software engineering, design and sales work, as well as for prospective part-time and full-time candidates for the future once we've had a chance to scale. We'd be happy to get in touch and see if there's a mutual fit now or down the road!
